How it works

The most complete construction job tool in the state

Workers build a profile once, for free, and decide who sees it. Employers post jobs and members search every field.

For workers

  1. Start with four things: your first name, main trade, home county and who can see your profile. That is all that is required.
  2. Add as much as you want: other trades, skills, equipment you run, years in the trade, certifications (OSHA 10/30, NCCER, CDL, crane, welding), license number, union or open shop, travel radius, per diem, pay range, shifts, languages, tools and transport, work history with named projects, training.
  3. Control visibility: public card, members only (default) or hidden. Your contact details are never shown on the public card; a member has to unlock them, and you can see who did.
  4. Get matched: when an employer saves a search or a HERE'S MY HIRE profile that fits you, you show up in their alerts.
  5. HERE'S MY HIRE, free for workers: describe your perfect employer and we alert you when a matching job is posted or a matching company joins or updates. Your profile is never shown because of it.

We never ask for your date of birth, Social Security number, race, religion, disability or any other protected trait, and none of those can be searched.

For employers

  1. Your first active job post is free. Extra posts are $99 for 30 days; featured posts $149.
  2. Anyone can browse public worker cards by trade and county.
  3. Paid members (Member Pro+) search every field (certifications, equipment, license, years, availability, travel, shift, pay range, language, union status, own tools and transport), save candidates to shortlists with notes and their own lists, and save searches that alert them the moment a matching worker joins or updates a profile.
